Order delays during Covid-19

As of September 2021.

I / the team at Real Extraordinary wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time.

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon.

We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Here are the estimates we are currently looking at:

While we're happy e-commerce is booming, it doesn't come without its struggles. Shipping carriers in North America are tackling the large number of incoming orders, and millions of shipments are stuck in distribution centers, leading to industry-wide shipping delays and your orders being late.

Note that the tracking links take longer than usual to update. The overload of shipments in distribution centers means carriers are slower to register and ship your orders. Sometimes the tracking info won't change for over a week until the item is scanned, or even up to the point of delivery. For example, we have orders that were handed over to a carrier on September 3, but were scanned by them only on September 10. Know that your orders aren't lost—they're still being processed by the carriers.

I know this isn't what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products.

Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting designs /

products we previously simply didn't have time for. Stay tuned for more additions

to our collection!

Thanks again, and, most importantly, stay safe.
